Research

Dr. Adel Ben Mnaouer’s current interests include design and analysis of communication protocols for Wireless and Wired networks and Cluster and Grid computing.
During the past years, he has conducted on designing routing protocols for Ad Hoc wireless (MANETs, VANETS) and wired networks, and on effective scheduling of mixed traffic workloads in Non dedicated distributed computing systems.
The current focus is on 4G networks such as WiMAX and LTE in terms of security and combination/extensibility with the Mesh technology and relaying, and on Sensor networks and VANETs.
